A credit card on file is required to reserve an appointment. Guests may book without a card by leaving a 50% non-refundable deposit.
We ask that you come alone to your appointment unless accompanying a minor receiving a service.
Kindness - The Hair Loft is a place of kindness and respect. We value our guests and staff members which means we will not under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES allow any of the guests to disrespect our staff members. We will always treat our guests with the utmost kindness and respect as well.
We have a STRICT 15 minute Late Policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late your service may have to be adjusted or rescheduled.
While we don’t issue refunds, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re unhappy with your results, please contact us within 7 days so we can make any needed adjustments. We’re unable to provide a redo if your hair has been changed by another stylist or individual after your appointment. Please keep in mind that a new look or color direction is considered a separate service and will be priced accordingly. If additional time or product is needed for your adjustment, the difference in cost will apply.
Salon Policies
We require a 48 hour notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Less than a 48 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your appointment cost.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
